Tasmania regulation
Updates the list of state and territory laws that count as the "corresponding laws" used when transferring parole orders between jurisdictions. The notice adds the Australian Capital Territory's Crimes (Sentence Administration) Act 2006 and lists each state's Parole Orders (Transfer) Act, takes effect on Gazette publication (cl.2) and amends the Principal Notice (cl.3–4). This primarily affects federal parole transfer administrators, state correction agencies and parolees by clarifying which local statutes apply; implementation is administrative and requires updating references and guidance.
