40B Consultants
Assisting the IPSC (1) The Chair Commissioner may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage consultants to assist in the performance of the IPSC’s functions. (2) A consultant engaged under subsection (1) to assist the IPSC is subject to the directions of the Chair Commissioner in relation to that assistance. Assisting a Commissioner (3) A Commissioner may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage consultants to assist in the performance of the functions of that Commissioner. (4) A consultant engaged under subsection (3) to assist a Commissioner is subject to the directions of that Commissioner in relation to that assistance.
