24CW Draft report may be given to respondent or complainant
(1) The decision‑maker may, if the decision‑maker considers it appropriate to do so, give a copy of the draft report to either or both of the following: (a) the respondent; (b) if the conduct issue arose from a conduct complaint or conduct issue referral—the complainant. (2) The decision‑maker must exclude from the copy any information that the decision‑maker is satisfied is sensitive information.
