24CG Preliminary inquiries
(1) The investigating Commissioner may make any preliminary inquiries, of any person, that the Commissioner considers necessary for the purposes of determining how to deal with a conduct issue. (2) This section does not limit the information, documents or things to which the investigating Commissioner may have regard in making a decision about how to deal with a conduct issue.
