24CF How conduct issues may be dealt with
The investigating Commissioner must deal with a conduct issue by doing any of the following: (a) investigating the issue; (b) referring the issue under: (i) section 24CI (decision not to investigate—referral to PWSS); or (ii) section 24CJ (decision not to investigate—referral to Agency Head etc.); or (iii) section 24CK (decision not to investigate—referral under another law); (c) taking no action, or no further action, in relation to the issue.
