95 Oath or affirmation of office
(1) Before the Parliamentary Integrity Adviser or acting Parliamentary Integrity Adviser performs any functions of office, the Parliamentary Integrity Adviser or acting Parliamentary Integrity Adviser must take an oath or make an affirmation that they—
(a) will faithfully and impartially perform the functions of office of Parliamentary Integrity Adviser; and
(2) The oath or affirmation is to be administered by the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly.
