94 Outside employment and activities
The Parliamentary Integrity Adviser—
(a) if appointed on a full-time basis, must not engage in any employment, business or community activity outside the office of Parliamentary Integrity Adviser without the approval of—
(i) the Parliamentary Ethics Committee; and
(ii) the Minister; or
(b) if appointed on a part-time or sessional basis, must not engage in any employment, business or community activity outside the office of Parliamentary Integrity Adviser that may create an actual or perceived conflict of interest with the Parliamentary Integrity Adviser's role as Parliamentary Integrity Adviser.
