93 Term of appointment and remuneration

(1) The Parliamentary Integrity Adviser—

(a) holds office for the period, not exceeding 5 years, specified in the instrument of appointment; and

(b) is eligible for reappointment once.

(2) The Parliamentary Integrity Adviser is entitled to the remuneration specified in the instrument of appointment.

(3) The Parliamentary Integrity Adviser's remuneration cannot be reduced during the Parliamentary Integrity Adviser's term of office unless the Parliamentary Integrity Adviser consents to the reduction.
