89 Restriction on parliamentary referrals

A House, a committee of a House or a committee of the Parliament cannot—

(a) refer a matter to the Parliamentary Integrity Adviser; or

(b) require the Parliamentary Integrity Adviser to report on the conduct of a Member, Minister or Parliamentary Secretary or former Member, Minister or Parliamentary Secretary; or
