86 Establishment of Parliamentary Integrity Adviser
(1) There is to be a Parliamentary Integrity Adviser.

(2) The Parliamentary Integrity Adviser is not a public body within the meaning of the Financial Management Act 1994.
The Parliamentary Integrity Adviser's office is a special body under section 6(1) of the Public Administration Act 2004.
