82 Guidelines
(1) The Commission must issue guidelines in relation to—
(a) the Commission's functions under this Act; and
(b) the circumstances in which the Commission is required to dismiss a referral or redirect it to another entity; and
(c) the circumstances in which the Commission is not required but is permitted to dismiss a referral or redirect it to another entity; and
(d) the process for dealing with a referral under this Act; and
(e) the process for dealing with a public interest complaint under this Act.
(2) The Commission may publish the guidelines in any manner it considers appropriate.
