80 Commission to provide Integrity Oversight Victoria with copies and other information

The Commission, as soon as reasonably practicable, must provide Integrity Oversight Victoria with—

(a) a copy of—

(i) each confidentiality notice issued by the Commission; and

(ii) each notice cancelling a confidentiality notice issued by the Commission under section 78(1), (2), (3), (4) or (5) or 79(3); and

(iii) each application to the Supreme Court under section 79(1) to extend a confidentiality notice; and

(iv) each order of the Supreme Court under section 79(2) extending a confidentiality notice; and

(b) a statement of the reasons for issuing or cancelling a confidentiality notice; and

(c) any other information required by the Victorian Inspectorate.
