74 Disclosure of information in relation to public interest disclosures or corrupt conduct

Without limiting section 72(2)(a) or 73, the Commission may disclose information as necessary to comply with its notification obligations in relation to public interest disclosures under the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012 or corrupt conduct under the Independent Broad-based Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2011.
