69 Delegation by Chair
The Chair, by instrument, may delegate the following functions to another commissioner or to a Commission officer—
(a) a function under section 66(2) (entering agreements or arrangements for the use of staff or services);
(b) a function under section 67 (engaging consultants and investigators).
