68 Delegation by Commission
The Commission, by instrument, may delegate to a Commission officer any function of the Commission under this Act or any other Act, other than—
(a) a function referred to in section 61(1); or
(b) a function under section 22 (request for information relating to an investigation); or
(c) a function under section 24 (request to attend for interview); or
(d) a function under section 25 (withdrawal or variation of investigation request); or
(e) a function under section 26 (application for determination of reasonable excuse); or
(f) a function under Division 6 (confidentiality notices).
