67 Consultants and investigators

(1) The Chair may engage persons with suitable qualifications and experience as consultants.

(2) The Chair may engage persons with suitable qualifications and experience to assist in the conduct of investigations under Part 2.

(3) An engagement under this section may be on any terms and conditions the Chair considers appropriate.
