66 Staff and other services
(1) Any employees that are necessary for the purposes of the Commission may be employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004.
(2) The Chair may enter into agreements or arrangements for the use of any staff or other services of a Government department, department of the Parliament, statutory authority or other public body.
