60 Validity of acts and decisions

(1) An act or decision of the Commission or a commissioner is not invalid only because of—

(a) a vacancy in the office of a commissioner; or

(b) a defect or irregularity in or in connection with the appointment of a commissioner.

(2) An act or decision of the Commission or an acting commissioner is not invalid only because the occasion for the acting commissioner to act had not arisen or had ceased.
