59 Commissioner may act as Chair
The Chair, by instrument, may nominate another commissioner to act in the office of Chair during a period, or all periods, when the Chair is absent or, for any other reason, is unable to perform the duties of office if there is no acting appointment in place under section 58(1)(a).
