54 Outside employment and activities
(1) A commissioner appointed on a full-time basis must not engage in any employment, business or community activity outside the office of commissioner without the approval of—
(a) the Integrity and Oversight Committee; and
(b) the Minister.
(2) A commissioner appointed on a part-time or sessional basis must not engage in any employment, business or community activity outside the office of commissioner that may create an actual or perceived conflict of interest with the commissioner's role as a commissioner.
