51 Additional commissioners
(1) Subject to section 52, the Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, may appoint up to 2 eligible persons as additional commissioners.
(2) The appointment may be on a full-time, part-time or sessional basis, on the terms and conditions determined by the Governor in Council.
(3) The Public Administration Act 2004 does not apply to a commissioner in respect of the office of commissioner.
