50 Chair
(1) Subject to section 52, the Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, may appoint an eligible person as Chair.
(2) The appointment is to be on a full-time basis, on the terms and conditions determined by the Governor in Council.
(3) The Public Administration Act 2004 does not apply to the Chair in respect of the office of Chair except for the purposes of section 16 of that Act.
