47 Constitution of Commission

The Commission consists of—

(a) a commissioner appointed as Chair; and

(b) up to 2 additional commissioners as the Minister considers necessary to enable the Commission to perform its functions.

Commissioners are appointed by the Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Minister—see sections 50 and 51.
