184 Advice to a complainant
In section 88 of the Integrity Oversight Victoria Act 2011—
(a) in subsection (1)(b), after "83," insert "83B,";
(b) after subsection (3)(h) insert—
"(ha) prejudice an investigation by the Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Commission; or".
