167 New section 36B inserted

After section 36A of the Integrity Oversight Victoria Act 2011 insert—

"36B Disclosure of findings in relation to Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Commissioners

The Victorian Inspectorate may provide or disclose any findings made in the course of the performance of its duties and functions or the exercise of its powers under this Act to the Governor in Council or to the Minister administering section 57 of the Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Act 2024, if the Victorian Inspectorate considers that the findings are relevant to the consideration of the suspension or removal from office of a Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Commissioner.".
