157 Circumstances in which information may be disclosed
(1) In section 54(3) of the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012, in the definition of confidentiality notice—
(a) in paragraph (f), after "1982;" insert "or";
(b) after paragraph (f) insert—
"(g) a confidentiality notice issued by the Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Commission under section 77 of the Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Act 2024;".
(2) In section 54(3) of the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012, in the definition of relevant Act—
(a) in paragraph (j), after "1982;" insert "or";
(b) after paragraph (j) insert—
"(k) the Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Act 2024;".
