153 Notification of disclosure to the IBAC, Integrity Oversight Victoria or the Integrity and Oversight Committee

In section 21 of the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012—

(a) in subsection (2), for "Subject to subsection (3), the" substitute "The";

(b) subsection (3) is repealed;

(i) for "subsections (2) and (3)" substitute "subsection (2)";

(ii) omit "or may".
