150 Persons or bodies to which certain public interest disclosures must be made

In section 14(f) of the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012—

(a) in subparagraph (iv), after "the Judicial Commission;" insert "or";

(b) after subparagraph (iv) insert—

"(v) the Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Commission or a commissioner or Commission officer within the meaning of the Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Act 2024;".
