131 Definitions

In section 2(1) of the Ombudsman Act 1973—

"Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Commission means the body established by section 42 of the Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Act 2024;";

(b) in the definition of public interest disclosure entity, in paragraph (a), after "Parliament" insert ", including a member in their capacity as a Minister of the Crown or a Parliamentary Secretary".
