118 Referral of public interest complaints to other investigating entities

In section 73A of the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011—

(a) after subsection (1)(b) insert—

"(ba) the Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Commission.";

(b) in subsection (2), after "(1)(b)" insert ", (ba)".
