117 Disclosure subject to confidentiality notice

In section 44(8) of the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011, in the definition of relevant Act—

(a) in paragraph (j), after "1982;" insert "or";

(b) after paragraph (j) insert—

"(k) the Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Act 2024;".
