115A Entities Legislation Amendment (Consolidation and Other Matters) Act 2026

(1) Section 86, as amended by section 158 of the Entities Legislation Amendment (Consolidation and Other Matters) Act 2026, applies, and is taken always to have applied, from 31 December 2024.

(2) Section 105, as amended by section 159 of the Entitles Legislation Amendment (Consolidation and Other Matters) Act 2026, applies, and is taken always to have applied, from 31 December 2024.

(3) To avoid doubt, the Parliamentary Integrity Adviser is not required to submit an annual report of operations of the Parliamentary Integrity Adviser's office under Part 7 of the Financial Management Act 1994 for the financial year commencing on 1 July 2024.

Division 1—Independent Broad-based Anti‑corruption Commission Act 2011

116 Definitions

In section 3(1) of the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011—

"Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Commission means the body established by section 42 of the Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Act 2024;";

(b) in the definition of integrity body, after paragraph (c) insert—

"(d) the Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Commission;".
