114 Regulations

(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, may make regulations prescribing any matter or thing required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed or necessary to be prescribed to give effect to this Act.

(2) The Minister must consult the Commission before making a recommendation under subsection (1).

(3) The regulations may—

(a) be of general or limited application; and

(b) differ according to differences in time, place or circumstances.
