113 Review of Act
(1) The Minister must cause an independent review of the operation of this Act and the amendments made by this Act to be conducted.
(2) The review—
(a) must begin on, or as soon as practicable after, the second anniversary of the commencement of section 42; and
(b) must be completed within 12 months after it is begun.
(3) The Minister must cause a copy of a report of the review to be transmitted to each House within 6 months after the completion of the review.
