107 Offence to provide false or misleading information
A person must not provide information to the Commission, a commissioner or a Commission officer, in the course of the Commission, commissioner or Commission officer performing functions under this Act, that the person knows is false or misleading in any material particular without indicating the respect in which it is false or misleading and, if practicable, providing correct information.
