104 Reporting advice to Parliament

A Member, Minister or Parliamentary Secretary may cause to be transmitted to the House of which they are a Member any written advice given by the Parliamentary Integrity Adviser—

(a) to that Member, Minister or Parliamentary Secretary; or

(b) to a former Member, Minister or Parliamentary Secretary who was a Member of that House.
