sec.7 Attendance at hearing by officer or employee
An officer of, or an employee in, the parliamentary service required to attend the hearing of an appeal is taken to be on official duty while attending the hearing. This section does not apply to an officer or employee who is suspended from duty under section 41 of the Act .
