[Section 8 Amended by No. 38 of 2020, Sched. 1, Applied:27 Nov 2020] Parliamentary salaries, employer superannuation contributions and allowances and benefits that are payable under this Act are payable out of the Public Account which, to the necessary extent, is appropriated accordingly.
