23A Early release of benefits
S. 23A(1) amended by No. 61/2013 s. 16(7).
(1) The Board may approve the early release of part or all of the vested benefit entitlement of a member or former member in accordance with the specified standards.

(2) The Board must determine—
(a) the amount of the vested benefit entitlement to be released; and
(b) the method of payment of that amount; and
(c) the reduction to be made to the vested benefit pension entitlement—
in accordance with the specified standards.
