2 Powers, &c., of joint committees
(1) A joint committee of both Houses of Parliament duly authorized by both Houses has all the powers of a committee of either House duly authorized by the House and persons are required to obey its orders accordingly.
(2) Section two of the Principal Act applies in relation to a joint committee of both Houses as if it were a committee of either House.
