2 Interpretation
In this Act:
Deputy Presiding Officer means:
(a) in relation to the Senate—the Deputy President and Chair of Committees;
(b) in relation to the House of Representatives—the Deputy Speaker.
Presiding Officer means:
(a) in relation to the Senate—the President of the Senate;
(b) in relation to the House of Representatives—the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
