10 Ombudsman to brief Committee about controlled operations
(1) At least once in each calendar year the Ombudsman must provide a briefing to the Committee about the involvement of the ACC and the AFP in controlled operations under Part IAB of the Crimes Act 1914 during the preceding 12 months. (2) For the purposes of receiving a briefing from the Ombudsman under subsection (1), the Committee must meet in private.
