9 Alteration of Schedule
(1) A Scheduled benefit may be varied or omitted by determination by the Remuneration Tribunal under section 7 of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973. (2) A Scheduled benefit may be varied or omitted by the regulations. (3) A determination or regulations made under this section may make such consequential and transitional provisions as are necessary.
