Tasmania regulation
These regulations set the administrative rules for parliamentary disclosure registers: their format (alphabetical returns for the past eight years, split into primary and annual), inspection at the Parliamentary Library, and online publication rules (timing, non-editable files, watermarking, and removal of redacted material) and require clerks to update amended returns and may seek third‑party advice or member reasons. They affect Members (who lodge returns) and parliamentary staff (Clerks) who decide publication and bear most practical compliance costs (see regs 4–8).
