(1) [Section 5 Subsection (1) amended by No. 41 of 2017, s. 6, Applied:01 Dec 2017] [Section 5 Subsection (1) amended by No. 41 of 2017, s. 6, Applied:01 Dec 2017] A Member must lodge with the Clerk an annual return on or before 1 October in any year unless the primary return date for the Member is after 30 April in that year.
(2) [Section 5 Subsection (2) amended by No. 41 of 2017, s. 6, Applied:01 Dec 2017] An annual return–
(a) is to be in an approved form; and
(b) must contain the information specified in section 7 .
