59 International travel incidentals allowance
(1) An allowance for incidental expenses (the international travel incidentals allowance) is prescribed for the following for each day (or part day) on which the person is outside Australia: (a) a member; (b) a staff member; (c) a medical doctor accompanying the Prime Minister. (2) The rate of international travel incidentals allowance is: (a) for a member—$63 per day; or (b) for a staff member or medical doctor—$40 per day.
