44 Other Ministers—approval by Prime Minister
(1) This section applies in relation to international travel by a Minister (including a Parliamentary Secretary). The Minister and staff (2) International travel expenses are prescribed for the following: (a) the Minister; (b) staff members accompanying the Minister. Accompanying spouse (3) For the spouse of the Minister to accompany the Minister, the following are prescribed: (a) international travel expenses; (b) transport costs for incidental travel within Australia.
