37 Valuing first class round‑the‑world airfares
(1) For the purposes of this Division, the value of a first class round‑the‑world airfare for a financial year is to be determined by IPEA. (2) The determination must be made using reasonable costs of first class airfares during the latter part of the previous financial year.
