101 Approved forms for applications to IPEA
For the purposes of subsection 37(8) of the Act, IPEA: (a) may approve a form for making an application for a ruling as mentioned in paragraph 37(3)(a) of the Act; and (b) is not required to give a ruling on such an application unless the application is made in the approved form.
