59 Appropriation
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated for the purposes of: (a) making payments under, or for the purposes of, this Act; and (b) making other payments in the course of administering this Act. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to payments determined by the Minister, by legislative instrument, for the purposes of this subsection.
